Pam, My sister in Christ, as president of MRL, please look over your revised Missouri Right to Life statement sent out to try and stop people from supporting Personhood***pray about this, because your revised  statement does not come from God***it is carnal and written with some flawed reasoning to protect incrementalism as the Right way to proceed.  It also puts stumbling blocks in front of your brothers.  What sadness that this will be used to convince some Catholic leaders and other ministry leaders, instead of using all efforts to get past incrementalism and go on the offensive as the Bride of Christ to say "no" as Christ would***  it is with great sadness when we have to rebuke a brother or sister, but we do not love those we do not correct, so that they may come back to the Truth in Christ*** Christ as the only true Shepherd would never support or rationalize incrementalism to feel comfortable, and HE would expect us to trust and obey HIM***my answers are in red*** God Bless*** Gregory

Missouri Right to Life Statement on "Personhood" Initiative Petition

Pro-life supporters may hear about a proposal to put a constitutional amendment on the ballot in Missouri that would declare every human being to be a legal person from the moment biological existence begins. While it expresses the truth about humanity and personhood, it will have no effect on the federal constitution. Abortion law is controlled by the federal constitution, as interpreted by the U. S. Supreme Court. The federal constitution supersedes anything to the contrary in state constitutions or state laws. Thus, the proposed amendment to the Missouri constitution would not stop a single abortion. 

Answer:  The Truth it expresses is God's Truth about humanity and personhood*** Each person in the room trying to convince me to stop the Missouri Personhood movement, I believe were sincere, yet sincerely wrong as they have rationalized that their efforts are the only way, as we continue to murder millions of babies.  God knows each heart, I do not, I can only judge the fruit, even if well intended, and I pray the following is not the case for any of us, but as Upton Sinclair once said:

“It is difficult to get a man to understand something when his job depends on not understanding it.”

Pam this applies to so many attorneys and most politicians, and sadly in some churches and ministries.  So to speak to them about the only thing that can turn things around in this country, God, causes great discomfort, and frantic efforts to reply to things through man's wisdom, instead of seeking the Truth in the Word of God.  Know this, that as I say things, it is with the love and forgiveness of Christ, as I try to do things HIS way and not mine.  Starting with the following verse. 

And the servant of the Lord must not contend; but be gentle to all [men], apt to teach, patient,
[2 Tim 2:25] In meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God perhaps will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth:
[2 Tim 2:26] And that they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will.

Let us pray for humility, wisdom, knowledge and understanding as we go forward.

Know this, the abortion issue has made most Republican's cowards as they are so worried about the possible wrath of all the pro-death groups and about losing an election that they give a free pass in every way possible to this giant, and become pro-death with exception in their stand.  They need for friends in the Pro-life community to comfort them and bring others to them and convince them that voting for the least of two evils is God's way.   God will never honor this, and Satan will help us convince ourselves we are ok to support a little evil, and that we can be incremental and feel good about it, as long as he continues to rule the day and help others murder thousands daily.  The Constitution was never put in place to protect abortion, and evil interpretations have been overturned in the past, so the culpability for this evil is not only with judges, but with all branches of government that allow this treasonous act, giving aid and comfort to enemies against God, family, and country to continue.  "Yes many Christians, Jews, Gypsys, and handicapped were killed, but I was following the law and doing my job."  At Nuremburg were they not being "Just" to put many, many judges (attorneys) in prison for life for their culpability in the slaughter of millions of innocents, which is an abomination to God?

The court said in Roe that it would not allow Texas, and by extension any state or branch of government, to overcome the constitutional right to abortion (as conjured up by the Court) by adopting a certain "theory" of human life. Roe, 410U.S.at 162. The Court has not changed its mind since Roe, and it knew the facts of human development at that time.  Therefore, if the amendment is meant to be a direct attack on Roe v. Wade, it is poorly advised. Direct attacks in law, as in war, lead to defeat if they are mounted in the wrong circumstances. It gains nothing to act without a strategy that has a decent chance of succeeding. 

Answer:  Our Founding Fathers would laugh at this paragraph as the Sovereignty of the court is put above the Sovereignty of God*** Our Founders were real MEN with real Christian Testosterone and they would never let a court decision stand if a bad decision was made against God, because they knew that human life "theory" that is spoken of is not "theory", it is God's Word.  The court did not change its mind on Dred Scott, but they are not foolish enough to go against the will of God working through the people. 

The ACLU type attorneys, although I think they are evil with all the murder and perversions they support, would not worry about little things like what a prior court ruled*** they come out on the offense, and we decide never to truly win a game, because we are always on the defense with attorneys that think inside the box, and a box that was developed over time by the ACLU Satan types before there was an ACLU*** with the thought, you stay in the box, and I will do what I want as I continue to redesign the box.  The Personhood amendment is meant to honor and glorify God and stand with HIS ways to stop Murder, and is a direct attack on anything against God, by the will of the people, who are the government.  You decide if it is mounted in the wrong circumstances to stand without flinching in God's ways.  Would you state the last sentence to Jesus, Peter and Apostles, David, Shradrack, Meeshack, and Abendego, Esther, Daniel, and many others that carnally in that sentence would look to never succeed, but with a strategy of standing with God, that sounds like the only chance of success.  Think about the following verses:  2 Tim 3:15, And that from a child you have known the sacred scriptures, which are able to make thee wise to salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.[2 Tim 3:16] All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
[2 Tim 3:17] That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished to all good works.

Since the amendment will have no effect on Roe, then we have to wonder what its point is. Does it regulate the behavior of a single abortionist? No. Does it pronounce a new principle in Missouri law that could educate people to greater support for life? No. Missouri law has acknowledged since 1986 that every human being is a person from conception, subject to the decisions of the Supreme Court (as any such law must be). Section 1.205, RSMo. Will the amendment give a boost to worthy pro-life candidates on the ballot in the same election? No. In the states where a similar amendment has been put onto the ballot, it has had the opposite effect. 

Answer:  The Amendment will stop the murder of babies in Missouri, as the citizens voice their desire, and order public servants to protect the babies by love and by law, once a person is defined in this amendment, the laws will have to protect their life, and if evil comes against this, it may indeed go before evil men to turn it back, but the sovereignty of God and the people is higher than the courts, except to most attorneys, and it is worth everything to trust in God and let Him take care of the results that have not happened with incrementalism.  Please educate your attorneys on this, it does indeed pronounce new principles in that it protects all human life at its biological beginnings, which would disallow killings outside of conception as defined in science and law. 

Since Missouri Citizens can demand more protections for its citizens than the Federal Government allows for, and it sounds like an attorney boxed in by bad law, and one if not appealing to the aid of the Holy Spirit would be before the Nuremburg court saying I was just following the law as I allowed the murder of innocents, instead of a real man of God, asking his Creator for a way to make it happen when evil seems in our carnal eyes not to give us a way. 

The next sentence is a form of what is taught in our schools, "it is about me", but that is not Biblical, it must be about God, obedience and faithfulness to him, not to make a certain party comfortable or better liked in the eyes of man.  Many "worthy pro-life candidates" that are spoken of, are actually pro-death with exceptions, as they support the murder of some human beings.  We must honor God and "real worthy candidates" who will be righteous men that fear God as God states, and such men will be truly pro-life like Personhood demands, and not so called "Pro-life" when in reality many are "pro-death" with exceptions. 

Wow, giving a so called worthy pro-life candidate a boost on the  ballot  or honoring God, again you decide which is best, as you know God is Truth, and most candidates, especially attorneys will tell you what you want to hear or give what they call " a spirited rendition of the truth."  The last sentence in your statement is sad in the eyes of the one that died for you, because when you are faithful to God, He always honors that faithfulness in some way, and it is many times hard to see this through carnal eyes.  Think about the following verses as you try to turn people away from those, "Personhood supporters" who seek to do something God's way, instead of negotiating with the enemy for a bone on his turf. 

Some of the following abominations to God stated in Proverbs are subtle in our lives, and need constant prayer and the putting on of God's armor (Ephesians 6:10-20) daily, because if not, you will leave an opening for Satan, just like Peter did when denying Christ, because without the protection of the Holy Spirit as we put on the Armor that God commands, each of us would deny Christ. 

Proverbs 16:  There are six things the LORD hates: yes, seven are an abomination to him:
17 A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood.
18 A heart that plots wicked imaginations, feet that are swift in running to evil,
19 A false witness who speaks lies, and he that sows discord among brothers.

We cannot fall victim to the American weakness of being impatient about change. Sometimes, Americans think that human hearts are as malleable as aluminum and steel, and if we can learn in one decade how to hurl manned space capsules to the moon and back, we ought to be able to stop abortion in a similarly short time. The world does not work like that.  Pro-lifers have dedicated themselves to the hard discipline of perseverance that real change requires. The laws enacted in the last 36 years have saved millions of lives, closed abortion clinics, and helped to open the eyes of the public to the horrors of abortion.  We will continue to forge ahead with laws and education that will produce real results and save real lives. 

Answer:  I guess I have some weakness of impatience after 40 years, but not as an American, as a friend to Jesus, as our lack of trust and obedience to do things His way, allows thousands of babies to die daily.  And I do not blame you guys, or the Republicans (even though they carry much responsibility for our present position) I put the judgement on the pulpits, because the Gates of hell will always prevail against every entity except the Church.  So we are trying to come forward with the Church and pray as lambs of Christ, the Shepherds to lead as Christ would lead. 

The world has always worked the way God allows it to work, and He has shown His hand when His children humble themselves, and turn from their wicked ways, and seek His face, and follow His commands*** but again if we try to think we are smarter than God, as Satan loves, he, Satan, will help us to see carnally how the world should work, so that he can continue to kill, steal, destroy and divide, even people that would all consider themselves children of Christ, and pro-life.   Do not kid yourselves for a moment, real change that is positive requires God to be a part, FIRST, because none of us, you or I, do any good that does not come from God.  God's children understand that they will be persecuted if they claim the name of Christ, and that to serve God and their fellow man they must endure longsuffering and persevere, but we must recognize that we cannot hide behind that with incrementalism which benefits Satan. 

Instead of saving lives, the laws enacted in the last 36 years have entrenched abortion in the system of carnality and cost the lives of tens of millions of babies.  There have been many faithful Christians that closed down abortion clinics without laws, only God, and they also have been the greatest in opening the eyes of the public to the horrors of abortion.  

These type of laws, though well intentioned, may stop some abortions but know that Satan loves it when we try to outsmart him on his own playground, and he will continue to win on abortion, slaughtering millions, if we think the political arena is the way to fight, instead of coming against him in the Name and power of Jesus Christ.  The incremental strategy if they mention Jesus openly at all, they for 36 years have taken the King of Kings through the back door, and we must ask ourselves how He is honored and glorified in this way.  Trust and Obey*** I pray that Jesus will open your eyes and ears to His truth.  When you are ready to put something forward that protects all life, and will stop this abomination to God completely, and have a plan to implement it, please call me to be on your team together. Baby Grabs Surgeons Hand

A 21 week old FETUS (as the pro-abortion people like to call an unborn baby) !

A picture began circulating in November. It should be 'The Picture of the Year,' or perhaps, 'Picture of the Decade.' It won't be. In fact, unless you obtained a copy of the US paper which published it, you probably would never have seen it.
 
The picture is that of a 21-week-old unborn baby named Samuel Alexander Armas,who is being operated on by surgeon named Joseph Bruner.
 
The baby was diagnosed with Spinal bifida and would not survive if removed from his mother's womb. Little Samuel's mother, Julie Armas, is an obstetrics nurse in Atlanta . She knew of Dr. Bruner's remarkable surgical procedure. Practicing at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville , he performs these special operations while the baby is still in the womb...
 
During the procedure, the doctor removes the uterus via C-section and makes a small incision to operate on the baby. As Dr. Bruner completed the surgery on Samuel, the little guy reached his tiny, but fully developed hand through the incision and firmly grasped the surgeon's finger. Dr. Bruner was reported as saying that when his finger was grasped, it was the most emotional moment of his life, and that for an instant during the procedure he was just frozen, totally immobile.
 
The photograph captures this amazing event with perfect clarity. The editors titled the picture, 'Hand of Hope.' The text explaining the picture begins, 'The tiny hand of 21-week-old fetus Samuel Alexander Armas emerges from the mother's uterus to grasp the finger of Dr. Joseph Bruner as if, thanking the doctor for the gift of life.'

Little Samuel's mother said they 'wept for days' when they saw the picture. She said, 'The photo reminds us pregnancy isn't about disability or an illness, it's about a little person.” 'Samuel was born in perfect health, the operation 100 percent successful.’

To those that hear HIS voice;

Thank you for your willingness to obey HIS call in your life to serve HIM.  The families and the nation are at such great risk, because as a nation we have turned our backs on God and the foundation of Jesus, as we murder our children.  Personhood Missouri will continue the stand with other Christians against the powers and principalities that seek to kill, steal, and destroy.

Missouri Language for Initiative Petition:  Be it resolved by the people of the State of Missouri that the Constitution be amended.

One new section is adopted to be known as section 35 of Article I, (or if section 35 of Article I already exists, then this proposal shall add a new section to Article I in the next available numeric order), to read as follows:

Section 35, Person defined.  As used in sections 2, 10, and 14 of Article I of the state constitution, the term “person” shall apply to every human being from the beginning of the biological development of that human being.
